STEP #1Slide your hand  into the sock until the heel of your hand meets the heel of the compression sock.

STEP #2 - Pull the heel of the stocking inside out and leaving just the foot of the sock on your hand, then slide your foot into the sock covering your heel.

Step #3 - Pull the leg of the compression stocking up and over your heel and calf up to your knee!
